Welcome to Cass County

  • Welcome to Cass County! Cass County is a rural community located in north central Indiana bordered by Carroll, Fulton, Howard, Miami and Pulaski Counties. Located midway between South Bend and Indianapolis, its proximity to the Hoosier Heartland Highway, a four-lane transportation corridor, provides easy access to a majority of the Midwest markets. There is a collaborative effort among county officials to streamline the processes involved in locating a business within the county; particularly in the area of zoning, permitting and the tax abatement process.
